Submitting Entries
Deadline for Entries
All competition entries must be submitted online by 11:59pm Friday night prior to the competition.
Both prints and digital images must be submitted online via the competition software tool (PhotoComp) – see link below. For upload of the images, use Google Chrome or Firefox as your browser. Other browsers such as Safari or Opera may cause issues with the upload.
A printed image requires a digital version of it to be uploaded also.
Competition Email Address
After selecting the competition, you will be asked to identify yourself by entering a name and email address. Please use the email address you have registered with the club. If you use another email address, your entry will not be accepted.
A and B Grades
Members of the club belong to either A or B Grade. Please ensure that you are submitting your images to the right Grade.
Image Upload and Sections
Each Grade has six (6) sections for image entry. Please read the headings of each section carefully to ensure that you upload your images into the correct sections.
After uploading an image, please enter an appropriate title for the image.

On competition night please do not forget to bring along to the club all prints entered into the print sections.
Select Competition from List
After accessing the entry page, you are presented with a list of competitions in date sequence. Select the competition you wish to enter whether this is first on the list or competitions that are scheduled later in the year.
